1. Policy Statement

Atelus is committed to adhering to international standards regarding the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. We maintain strict zero-tolerance policies regarding illicit financial activities.

2. Sanctions Screening & Geofencing

Our infrastructure integrates automated sanctions list screening (including OFAC, EU, UN, and UK HM Treasury watchlists). Network endpoints and API gateways automatically geoblock requests originating from sanctioned jurisdictions or IP addresses associated with illicit activities.

3. On-Chain Risk Scoring & Wallet Screening

Where institutional counterparties interact directly with smart contract modules, programmatic blockchain intelligence scanners verify that counterparty addresses have zero exposure to darknet markets, mixer contracts, ransomware campaigns, or designated exploiters.

4. Cooperation with Competent Authorities

Atelus cooperates fully with legitimate law enforcement and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable legal processes and international treaties.
