Atelus adheres to a strict principle of data minimization. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal identifiable data. We collect only the information strictly necessary to maintain system operational integrity, prevent malicious denial-of-service exploits, and authenticate institutional API requests.
2. Technical Telemetry & Log Ingestion
When you interact with our websites, APIs, and WebSocket relays, our systems collect technical diagnostics including IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and API response latencies. This telemetry is retained exclusively for infrastructure performance profiling and security incident auditing.
3. Public Blockchain Data
Transactions broadcast to public blockchain networks (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Layer-2 rollups) are public by nature. Atelus does not control, encrypt, or expunge data permanently recorded on decentralized ledgers.
4. Data Security & Storage Architecture
All collected institutional contact records and operational logs are stored in encrypted databases utilizing AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is governed under strict role-based access control (RBAC).
5. Rights of Data Subjects
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA frameworks), you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal contact records by contacting privacy@otelus.network.
